How to track and manage shipments to Amazon fulfillment centers using the Shipping Queue and Shipment Summary pages in Seller Central.
If you are an Amazon Seller with Inbound inventory heading to an Amazon fulfillment center you can track the status of a shipment by following these instructions.
Shipping Queue:
Accessed via the “Shipments” option in the Inventory drop-down menu.
The Fulfillment center shipments tab shows the status of all shipments sent to Amazon. You can download SKU lists, track, or cancel shipments here.
The Amazon distribution center shipments tab tracks shipments from any location to Amazon distribution centers.
Shipment Summary Page:
This page provides specific details for a shipment, including shipment ID, method, carrier, addresses, contents, and estimated fees.
Tabs include:
Shipment Events: Tracks the shipmentâs status and location from creation to closure.
Track Shipment: For non-partnered carriers, enter tracking information to prevent delays. For Amazon-partnered carriers, print the bill of lading (BOL) for LTL/FTL shipments.
Contents: View received units and reconcile any discrepancies.
Problems: Identifies issues with shipments, boxes, or products, with guidance on resolving them.
Pallets (LTL/FTL only): Details the pallets sent to Amazon.
Sometimes the Shipment events can be misleading as it doesn’t always show activity. Click into Track shipment to see additional activity.
